Phil Glassel and Mike Miller founded PRGA in 1985.
Under their leadership and guidance, the company
has grown to include a modest staff of engineers.
In addition to performing his duties as president of the company, Phil has worked as a senior consultant and project manager for many clients over the years. Phil continues to consult today.
Mike, in recognition of his outstanding contributions and services to the corporation, was promoted to the position of Vice President in 1994.
Mike continues to use his engineering talents daily.
